Sales and Marketing

Thirst Aid started when Louis and Sandy worked for Diageo and Scottish and Newcastle doing market research. We then worked extensively within our roles at The Venture team helping to train sales forces across Europe. As well as the training we would help implement sales strategies and marketing within certain sectors to make new brand launches a success. We have listed just a few of the brands we have worked on;

Baltika, Magners, Mahou, Smirnoff Black, Brockmans Gin, Hunters Gin, Symonds Cider, Absolut Cut, Keglevich, San Miguel, Strongbow Gold, Kronenbourg. One the functional drink. Yanjing Beer, Sagres.


As well as training company sales forces, we have also had a huge amount of training experience within the UK hospitality sector, especially with Diageo, when we helped implement a UK-wide training project for them. This involved training not only hotel directors and bar managers, but also staff in places from traditional British pubs to golf clubs. The impact in service and sales across the spectrum was huge for all, the Hilton hotel group being one successful story, commenting that the changes had added millions to the group’s bottom line. This is something we are very proud of.
